You can set the storage path of the PDF reports in the settings. Thus you can have them saved directly to your archiving path.

With the Enterprise version of the Excel Add-In you get an interface that starts a mass check in one call and returns the results accordingly. With optionally set parameters, an audit-proof PDF report can also be returned in this call. If one or more of your data fields are incorrect, a suggestion is made in the interface to correct them accordingly. You can then apply this suggestion directly, if required. The Online VAT ID Verifier also offers this option, plus the Online Administration Console with additional API functions to control it directly from your system.
